- Lead recruitment operations for Sales, Distribution, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Plant Operations roles.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and manpower planning.
- Develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, campus hiring, and field hiring drives.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate panel assessments.
- Maintain recruitment KPIs including turnaround time, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and hiring quality metrics.
- Coordinate mass hiring campaigns and regional recruitment activities.
- Coordinate technical assessments and trade testing for production-related positions.
- Build talent pipelines for critical manufacturing and technical positions.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Work closely with departmental heads and regional HR teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.

✔️ Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within FMCG, beverages, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong experience in sales force hiring and production/manufacturing recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.

A client in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to oversee the Human Resources function for a large, multicultural workforce, which includes a significant number of blue-collar employees in operational and labour accommodation settings.

Key Requirements include:
- 10–15 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and HR compliance
- Proven experience managing large blue-collar and multicultural workforces
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee welfare, and organizational development
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hospitality, construction, labour city, facility management, manpower-intensive operations, or similar sectors is preferred
