Man Vs Woman Brain (Human Brain Analysis)
~**~ HUMAN BRAIN ANALYSIS ~**~
MAN VS WOMAN !! Must Read and Share
~Women - Multiple process
Womens brains designed to concentrate multiple task at a time.Women can Watch a TV and Talk over phone and cook.
~Men - Single Process
Mens brains designed to concentrate only one work at a time. Men can not watch TV and talk over the phone at the same time. they stop the TV while Talking. They can either watch TV or talk over the phone or cook.
2. LANGUAGE :
Women can easily learn many languages. But can not find solutions to problems. Men can not easily learn languages, they can easily solve problems. That's why in average a 3 years old girl has three times higher vocabulary than a 3 yeard old boy.
3. ANALYTICAL SKILLS :
Mens brains has a lot of space for handling the analytical process. They can analyze and find the solution for a process and design a map of a building easily. But If a complex map is viewed by women, they can not understand it. Women can not understand the details of a map easily, For them it is just a dump of lines on a paper.
4-REACTION TO STRESS :
~Men tend to have a "fight or flight" response to stress situations while women seem to approach these situations with a "tend and befriend" strategy. Psychologist Shelley E. Taylor coined the phrase "tend and befriend" after recognizing that during times of stress women take care of themselves and their children (tending) and form strong group bonds (befriending). The reason for these different reactions to stress is rooted in hormones.
~ The hormone oxytocin is released during stress in everyone. However, estrogen tends to enhance oxytocin resulting in calming and nurturing feelings whereas testosterone, which men produce in high levels during stress, reduces the effects of oxytocin
5. LYING :
When men lie to women face to face, they get caught easily. Womans super natural brain observes facial expression 70%, body language 20% and words coming from the mouth 10%. Mens brain does not have this. Women easily lie to men face to face.
6. PROBLEMS SOLVING :
~If a man have a lot of problems, his brain clearly classifies the problems and puts them in individual rooms in the brain and then finds the solution one by one. You can see many guys looking at the sky for a long time.
~If a woman has a lot of problems, her brain can not classify the problems. she wants some one to hear that. After telling everything to a person she goes happily to bed. She does not worry about the problems being solved or not.
7. WHAT THEY WANT :
Men want status, success, solutions, big process, etc... But Women want relationship, friends, family, etc...
08. HUMAN RELATIONSHIP
~If women are unhappy with their relations, they can not concentrate on their work. If men are unhappy with their work, they can not concentrate on the relations.
~Women tend to communicate more effectively than men, focusing on how to create a solution that works for the group, talking through issues, and utilizes non-verbal cues such as tone, emotion, and empathy whereas men tend to be more task-oriented, less talkative, and more isolated.
~ Men have a more difficult time understanding emotions that are not explicitly verbalized, while women tend to intuit emotions and emotional cues.
9. SPEECH :
~Women use indirect language in speech. But Men use direct language.
~Two sections of the brain responsible for language were found to be larger in women than in men, indicating one reason that women typically excel in language-based subjects and in language-associated thinking.
~ Additionally, men typically only process language in their dominant hemisphere, whereas women process language in both hemispheres.
10. HANDLING EMOTION :
Women talk a lot without thinking. Men act a lot without thinking.Women typically have a larger deep limbic system than men, which allows them to be more in touch with their feelings and better able to express them, which promotes bonding with others.

Interview Tips (Getting Hired)
Interview Tips
Here is the article with tips for the interview, it is something that is not suitable if you answer the questions according to your own tastes. Each interview has a specific line guide in selecting suitable candidates and this is based on the article below.
1. Why are you looking for a new job?
Bad Answer: My boss is a jerk and the customers are hard to deal with.
Tip: Keep the answer positive, in terms of where you want to go, not what you want to get away from.
Better Answer: I have been promoted as far as I can go with my current employer. I’m looking for a new challenge that will give me the opportunity to use my skills to help my employer’s business grow.
2. Why do you want to work for us?
Bad Answer: I’m desperate and no one else will hire me.
Tip: Before the interview, visit the employer’s website to learn as much as you can about the company. When answering this question, focus on one or two flattering items to explain why you want to join this particular company.
Better Answer: When I read the mission statement
on your website about giving back to the community, I felt really inspired. I was also impressed with the facts about your growth in the past three years three new locations, and a 40% sales increase. That’s really something to be proud of. I think it would be rewarding to be a part of a company that is such a leader in their industry and in the community.
3. Why have you had so many jobs?
Bad Answers: I get bored easily.
Tip: Give acceptable reasons (frequent moves, changes in personal goals, etc.), but focus on the fact that you’re ready for a permanent position now, which is what they are really concerned about.
Better Answer: When I was younger, I decided to sample a wide variety of careers. That way, when I was ready to choose a career path I would be absolutely certain that I had found the right one for the long-term future. Now I’ve settled on this industry, and that’s why I’m here today.
4. What are your strengths?
Bad Answer: I can burp on demand and keep a straight face when telling a lie.
Tip: Discuss three or four of your strengths as they relate to the position you are interviewing for, and give examples of times they have helped you do your work.
Better Answer: I have a really good eye for detail, and in the past, I have caught critical mistakes before they happened. When I worked for ABC Company, I helped the company avoid a few catastrophes this way, so they started routing orders through my office to check even though I wasn’t working in the orders department. Of course, I’d be happy to apply this skill in any way you feel is suitable in this company. Another strength I can offer an employer is…
5. Why should I hire you?
Bad Answer: I need the money to pay off my gambling debts.
Tip: This is your chance to reiterate your skills and relate them to the position you are applying for.
Better Answer: When I read your ad, I couldn’t have imagined a better match for my skills and experience than this job. Now that I have spoken with you, and learned more about your needs, I’m even more certain that I’m the right candidate. I know that I can hit the ground running and exceed your expectations because of my experience with…
6. What are your short-term and long-term goals?
Bad Answer: Considering how hung-over I am, my short-term goal is to make it through this interview. Long-term, I hope to quit my job within a couple of years and become a ski bum.
Tip: Sometimes employers ask this because they want to know whether you are looking at their company for long-term employment or simply a short-term job until something “better” comes along. Other employers want to judge your ability to plan for the future. Most employers do not want to hear that in five years you hope to be retired or plan to start your own business. Your short-term goals should involve getting hired into the right position; long term is where you want to go in your profession.
Better Answer: Short-term, I’d like to find a position where I can build a solid clientele of return clients. I enjoy building relationships with clients who come back year after year for service and advice. Long-term, I can see myself taking some additional training over the next few years, and applying for a more senior position here once I have the right combination of experience and education.
Now that you know little of what you have to do with your answer when interview later, do not forget to apply all the tips and answers described in this article. And most importantly, do not answer questions such as scripts, answer normally and spontaneously.Don’t be surprised if the next question from your interviewer is “When can you start?”

Expectations
Sometimes we know that we are being fooled by someone but still we don't do anything to change. Sometimes we like it and sometimes we don't even we know that someone's action can harm us but still we let that happen. Somewhere in ourselves, we believe that, someone will change, he/she might got changed but its just a foolish thing to think and I reckon sometimes, what should I call it? A foolishness? A righteous thing? If someone is keep teasing you, how much you can tolerate and he/she thinks that he is fooling you and quite happy with that.
Some people pretend to be so smart, show off and some people don't do anything, don't show off, and do their work silently... I just read a quote and its by a Muslim Scholar, When wisdom increases, talk decreases. Being a extrovert, doesn't mean that someone is smart.
We all know that no one can give us anything in this world, but yet most of the people still do a lot of things, just to get promotion, increment etc. We actually don't believe in ourselves, in our work. Don't have confidence on work done by us.
Another thing is important, which is LUCK. Its luck that your right thing can go wrong and your wrong thing can go right. Its all about timing and you will get it by experience but some immature gets it by luck.
What I believe, just do your work with honesty, don't complain about things and after sometime you will get reward of it. Just believe on that.....

“It comes with a joint one-year warranty of PAC and Innavtek. Because PAC is producing it, it will ensure quality. We will also provide backup support,” the official said an official.
