1. MULTI-TASKING :
~Women - Multiple process
Womens brains designed to concentrate multiple task at a time.Women can Watch a TV and Talk over phone and cook.
~Men - Single Process
Mens brains designed to concentrate only one work at a time. Men can not watch TV and talk over the phone at the same time. they stop the TV while Talking. They can either watch TV or talk over the phone or cook.

2. LANGUAGE :
Women can easily learn many languages. But can not find solutions to problems. Men can not easily learn languages, they can easily solve problems. That's why in average a 3 years old girl has three times higher vocabulary than a 3 yeard old boy.

3. ANALYTICAL SKILLS :
Mens brains has a lot of space for handling the analytical process. They can analyze and find the solution for a process and design a map of a building easily. But If a complex map is viewed by women, they can not understand it. Women can not understand the details of a map easily, For them it is just a dump of lines on a paper.

4-REACTION TO STRESS :

~Men tend to have a "fight or flight" response to stress situations while women seem to approach these situations with a "tend and befriend" strategy. Psychologist Shelley E. Taylor coined the phrase "tend and befriend" after recognizing that during times of stress women take care of themselves and their children (tending) and form strong group bonds (befriending). The reason for these different reactions to stress is rooted in hormones.
~ The hormone oxytocin is released during stress in everyone. However, estrogen tends to enhance oxytocin resulting in calming and nurturing feelings whereas testosterone, which men produce in high levels during stress, reduces the effects of oxytocin

5. LYING :
When men lie to women face to face, they get caught easily. Womans super natural brain observes facial expression 70%, body language 20% and words coming from the mouth 10%. Mens brain does not have this. Women easily lie to men face to face.

6. PROBLEMS SOLVING :

~Women use indirect language in speech. But Men use direct language.
~Two sections of the brain responsible for language were found to be larger in women than in men, indicating one reason that women typically excel in language-based subjects and in language-associated thinking.
~ Additionally, men typically only process language in their dominant hemisphere, whereas women process language in both hemispheres.

10. HANDLING EMOTION :

1. Why are you looking for a new job?
Bad Answer: My boss is a jerk and the customers are hard to deal with.
Tip: Keep the answer positive, in terms of where you want to go, not what you want to get away from.
Better Answer: I have been promoted as far as I can go with my current employer. I’m looking for a new challenge that will give me the opportunity to use my skills to help my employer’s business grow.

2. Why do you want to work for us?
Bad Answer: I’m desperate and no one else will hire me.
Tip: Before the interview, visit the employer’s website to learn as much as you can about the company. When answering this question, focus on one or two flattering items to explain why you want to join this particular company.
Better Answer: When I read the mission statementon your website about giving back to the community, I felt really inspired. I was also impressed with the facts about your growth in the past three years three new locations, and a 40% sales increase. That’s really something to be proud of. I think it would be rewarding to be a part of a company that is such a leader in their industry and in the community.

Bad Answers: I get bored easily.
Tip: Give acceptable reasons (frequent moves, changes in personal goals, etc.), but focus on the fact that you’re ready for a permanent position now, which is what they are really concerned about.
