Looking for GM Industrial Relations. Must possess 15 yrs experience in Utility,Manufacturing or Process Organizations. Exposure to unionized environment, workers grievances, referendums, elections, collective bargaining, welfare, compliance, disciplinary action and HR litigation required. Knowledge of Labour Laws regulatory bodies & legal institutions will be an added advantage. Education Reqs: Master’s degree with LLB / Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws (PG DLL). MBA preferred.
