Are you a passionate and innovative designer with a flair for creating eye-catching retail campaigns and marketing materials?
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing our retail promotions, branding initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns to life through impactful visual designs.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design promotional leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, and in-store marketing materials.
✅ Create engaging social media content and digital advertisements.
✅ Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
✅ Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
✅ Develop creative concepts that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
✅ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, or Hypermarket sector.
🔹 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
🔹 Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual communication.
🔹 Experience in creating promotional leaflets, social media content, and retail marketing materials.
🔹 Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
🔹 Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
🔹 Photography, videography, and motion graphics skills will be considered a strong advantage.
🔹 Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
🔹 Knowledge of both English and Arabic typography and design standards is highly desirable.
