Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and industries.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in an HR consultancy environment.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and MS Office.
