🔍 Requirements or Skills:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital production, email design, retention marketing, or a similar role
• Strong hands on experience with Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows
• Strong design skills in Figma
• Ability to create polished, on brand email creatives
• Comfortable making edits directly inside Klaviyo
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern AI enabled workflows
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for troubleshooting (preferred)
• Experience supporting eCommerce, DTC, or multi brand teams (preferred)
