Prime HR Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join our team.
📍 Position: HR Operations Manager
📍 Industry: Service Industry
📍 Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Key Requirements:
✔ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws
✔ Expertise in Payroll Management
✔ Hands-on experience in Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR) Matters
✔ Excellent stakeholder and client management skills

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end client HR operations
🔹 Oversee hiring and onboarding activities
🔹 Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
🔹 Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
🔹 Manage payroll operations and related HR processes
🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships
