 📢 We're Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sheikh Zayed.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience (FMCG experience is highly preferred)
✔ Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle
✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
✔ Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
✔ Experience recruiting across all levels and functions (Blue Collar, White Collar, and Management roles)
✔ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
✔ Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
✔ Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving hiring targets
