Position: Transport Officer / Transport Coordinator

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transport operations
• Manage vehicle scheduling, dispatch, routing, and delivery activities
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, suppliers, and vendors
• Ensure timely movement and delivery of goods/materials
• Monitor transportation costs and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare transport and fleet reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Maintain transport records, documentation, and proper filing systems
• Handle day-to-day transport coordination and operational issues

💼 Work Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years (Mandatory)
⚠️ Only candidates with hands-on experience in transport coordination, fleet handling, transport operations should apply. Irrelevant CVs will not be considered.
📍 Location Requirement: 5KM Raiwind Road, Lahore (Only Lahore-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Lahore should apply)
🎓 Education: BBA (Supply Chain / Logistics), B.Com, or Graduate in any relevant field
💰 Salary: Up to Rs. 50,000–65,000 + Bonuses, Health Insurance & Other Benefits as per Company Policy

- Lead recruitment operations for Sales, Distribution, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Plant Operations roles.

- 5 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within FMCG, beverages, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong experience in sales force hiring and production/manufacturing recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
